9/10 … So there’s a street called Wisteria Lane, in Fairview in the fictional Eagle State, and there lived 4 desperate housewives. One was a hot tempered Italian (Lynette), one was a Trump voting bible thumping stick up her ass housewife (Bree), the third a psychotic dipping her nose in everything that’s not her business (Susan) and should be euthanized for societies well being. Last but not least we have the whore (Gabrielle) who does everything for money, clothes and jewelry. She has an affair with a underage gardener, but have no problems telling other who have affairS that what they do is wrong…
7/10 … A real slow burn of a drama TV show, with nice slow character build up. Akili McDowell in the main lead as David is really good. But although I really enjoy the show and will watch the next episode, I can’t shake the feeling that something is missing, some extra dimension to the whole storyline…
8,5/10 … The show ties together several families and peoples destinies, and I like to follow them all. One of my favorite actor, Brandons (Jason Mitchell) adventure into the food business, the adolecent friends Kevin (Alex R. Hibbert), ‘Papa’ (Shamon Brown Jr.) and Jake (Michael Epps). The traumatized war veteran Ronnie (Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, or the obsessed-by-sneakers highly potent Emmett (Jacob Latimore) … the list goes on. It takes a smaller dive in the 3rd season when one of the main characters disappers from the show, but it kind of picks up when the main crime story through the hole season is introduced to the show…
9/10 … Conspiracy/cover-up movies is probably my absolute favorite genre, especially if it’s based on a true story. I think these are the most important movies of them all, movies that shows the real face of men in power. The willingness to sacrifice human lives for not losing “face” or to enrich themselves. Although, my questions always stands after these exposures…
8/10 … I love New York, although I never been there. But I love the concept of a city that never sleeps, with people from all ethnic and social backgrounds, a melting pot with food from all the corners of the world. I’m especially love seedy New York and around the time 1975-1982.
My favourite place to hang out when it comes to movies is on Letterboxd, here you can find a lot of things you wanna watch, follow people with the same taste as yourself and ofcourse comment and write your own reviews. ImDb is ofcourse the biggest one, but you get more of a social community […]
In Hell or High Water (7/10) from 2016 a divorced father (Chris Pine) and his ex-con older brother (Ben Foster) resort to bank robbery in order to save their family’s ranch in West Texas. During a visit to a resturant, the two sheriffs that are hunting the robbers (Jeff Bridges & Gil Birmingham) meet the […]
10/10 … My extreme movie interest came from watching Horror movies as a child and I feel in love with the genre and the scares they gave me. Nowdays, I still watch horror, and it’s the genre I look out for new titles most. The problem is that nothing gives me that adrenaline kick of being frighten anymore, but movies like this one does. It’s tense and the element of true story makes this one amazing. It both feels me with that adrenaline rush that makes me talk to the people onscreen, on how they should act 🙂 … and makes me furious over these f**king religious degenerates.
Updated 2020-12-20 So on this page I collect TV Shows I didn’t finish … because you know, life’s too short! I have so many movies and TV shows I want to see so I don’t have time looking through an entire TV show that starts out bad, so my personal guidelines is to watch at […]
I have no idea why Netflix makes it so hard to browse the different genres on their site. I started to look into it when it wanted to find movies from smaller countries in South America or the Middle-East but couldn’t in any easy way. Netflix will only recommend specific movies and genres if you’ve […]
6,5/10 … All in all, an above average series to watch will your doing something on your phone or cooking dinner. If it wasn’t for the con parts, I would have quit during season one.
9/10 … I usually love every TV show or movie I see that comes out of Denmark and this was no undantag. But I have to admit, I almost quit in one of the earlier episodes. since I’m not a fan of when they show the ”bad guy” early on, I prefer when that part is a mystery, so about halfway through I almost quit because of it. I choosed to hang in there and boy did it pay off. Really intense and some awesome twists and turns ..

6/10 … Meep is the host of this podcast, and he is a very nice and warm host with a passion for 1980’s movies. And I really like people who’s not pretentious and can have a teen comedy on top of his best list and don’t feel the need to have something ”Oscars” there. When he’s joined by Jon Donahue it’s where it shines. Funny comments back and forth and both really passioned about movies. With that said, some episodes are unlistenable, like when he has his friend Jeffrey joining him. Try to listen to Episode 53: 1979 Movie Favourites, he has absolutly nothing to say and I couldn’t even finish the episode.
9/10 … I love to discover this kind of ”smaller films” that I had never heard of before and just get blown away. This one I heard of the first time some episodes ago on one of my favourite podcasts ”Just the discs”.
A timid bank teller anticipates a bank robbery and steals the money himself before the crook arrives. When the sadistic crook realizes he’s been fooled, he tracks down the teller and engages him in a cat-and-mouse chase for the cash.
